Terms of Service

You need a valid email address to register; temporary or throwaway email addresses are not accepted. Keep your password private; you are responsible for what happens in your account.

Your email address cannot be changed after registration. You can change your name and profile photo.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Banglay AI.

A paid membership is a one-time payment for lifetime access to the recorded courses included in the package (listed in the pricing section when you pay) and to take part in the community. Bonus courses can be unlocked by completing support tasks; an unlocked course also stays open for life. Support tasks are optional and never required to keep your membership.

Live classes are included for the first 3 months after your payment is approved. Course videos stay available for as long as Banglay AI runs.

"Lifetime" means the lifetime of the Banglay AI service. If we ever close it, we will tell members at least 60 days in advance.

You pay by bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay to the numbers shown on the payment page, then submit the number you paid from and the transaction ID (TrxID). An admin checks each payment by hand. Access starts when your payment is approved.

If you pay an admin directly, the admin records the same proof (method, number and TrxID) and gives you access from the admin panel.

Payments are not refundable once your access has been approved. See the Refund Policy.

A membership is for one person. Sharing your account, your password, or logging in for someone else is not allowed.

Course videos are for your own learning. Downloading, recording, re-uploading or sharing course videos, or the links to them, is not allowed.

Sharing an account or course videos ends your access without a refund. We may also block the email address from registering again.

Be respectful. No harassment, hate, spam, adult content, scams, or anything illegal.

Do not share phone numbers, email addresses, personal social media profiles or messaging links (WhatsApp, Telegram, Messenger). There are no private messages on Banglay AI, by design. Members who share personal information cannot post for 3 days.

You keep the rights to what you post, and you allow Banglay AI to show it to members. We may remove posts and suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Courses, guides, prompts and other materials belong to Banglay AI. You may use what you learn in your own work, but you may not copy or sell the materials themselves.

We may update these terms. If a change matters to members, we will post it on the notice board before it applies.
