Please read this before you pay. Banglay AI gives you the full course material as soon as your payment is approved, so payments are final from that moment.
No refunds after access
Once your payment is approved and you have access to the platform, the payment is not refundable, whether or not you have started the courses.
This applies to the lifetime membership and to live class renewals. Live classes ending after the included months is not a reason for a refund.
Accounts ended for breaking the Terms of Service, including sharing an account or course videos, get no refund.
Before access is given
If your payment could not be matched (for example, a wrong transaction ID or amount) and you cannot fix it, we return the amount to the number it came from.
If you paid twice by mistake for the same thing, we return the extra payment to the number it came from.
How to ask
Write to [email protected] from your account’s email address, with the service you paid with and your transaction ID. We reply within 3 working days. Any charge from the payment service is deducted from the returned amount.
